Forest Resonance came from my desire to create a tranquil space for gong baths and meditation, shaped by the calm and grounding presence of nature. After my first experience with the gong, I felt its profound effect, and that moment led me into the world of sound healing. Today, I hold space for others to experience that same depth of rest and renewal.
A deeply restorative 90 minute gong bath designed to help you relax, reset and unwind through sound.
STANDARD GONG BATH
A slower, more spacious two hour gong bath allowing for deeper rest and a more immersive sound journey.

A two hour sound and light experience combining a gong bath with a 30 minute Dream Light meditation for a deeply immersive state of relaxation.
