Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of sound healing with a private gong bath session in our peaceful countryside studio. As the sound unfolds, layered tones and vibrations move softly through the space, inviting the body to settle and the mind to quiet. Many people experience a deep sense of rest, clarity and calm during a gong bath.
No previous experience is needed. Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the sound to guide you into a deeply restorative state. Each private gong bath session lasts 90 minutes and includes time to arrive, settle into the space and gently return afterwards. Mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows are all provided so you can fully relax and enjoy the experience.
Sessions can be enjoyed alone as a personal retreat or shared with up to four people, making it a beautiful experience to enjoy with friends or loved ones. Private sessions are available upon request, please contact us to arrange.

Frequently asked questions
A gong bath is a deeply restorative sound healing session where the vibrations of the gongs are experienced as a form of meditation. You lie back, relax, and allow the layered tones to wash over you, helping the mind and body settle into a calm, reflective state. No previous experience is needed. You can read more about gong baths [here].
For our standard and extended gong bath sessions, no prior experience is necessary. The Dream Light experience, however, is designed for returning clients who have previously attended a gong bath with Marc.
Comfortable, loose clothing is ideal. Everything you need is provided in the studio, including mats, blankets, cushions, and eye pillows. You simply arrive ready to relax.
Additionally - I work with the “Dream Machine,” a French innovation based upon the early workings of the French artist, Brion Gysin who in 1959 discovered the altered state effects upon consciousness, which can be elicited using stroboscopic light. For more information, see the “Dream Machine and Gongs” section. Find out more about the dream machine here.
