The Studio
Nestled in the East Sussex countryside, our studio is a purpose built space designed entirely around sound, stillness and deep rest. Surrounded by nature, it offers a sense of calm that allows you to step away from the pace of everyday life and settle into the present moment.
The studio has been carefully designed to enhance the experience of a gong bath, with a considered acoustic environment and a custom sound system that allows every tone and vibration to be felt with clarity and depth. Every detail has been chosen with intention, from the layout of the space to the materials used, creating an environment where sound can fully unfold.

At the heart of Forest Resonance is a collection of 15 exceptional gongs, including bespoke instruments handcrafted by Andromeda Gongs. Combined with hanging bells, singing bowls and a state-of-the-art electronic soundboard, they form the foundation of an immersive sonic environment designed to transport you beyond the everyday.
Each instrument brings its own distinct voice and resonance, carefully curated to create rich, evolving soundscapes that invite deep relaxation, heightened awareness and profound rest.
About marc
Marc is a gong bath and sound healing practitioner based in the East Sussex countryside, just outside London. He founded Forest Resonances to create a space where people can step away from the pace of everyday life and experience the restorative power of sound in a calm, natural setting.
His journey into sound healing began in 2021 during a gong bath in Ubud, Bali. The depth of stillness he experienced stayed with him long after the session, leading him to explore how sound can support relaxation, clarity and overall wellbeing.
With a lifelong connection to sound, Marc has spent decades exploring music, global sound traditions and sound production. This experience now shapes a calm and considered approach to every session. Formally trained in sound healing with gongs, he creates experiences that feel grounded, unhurried and deeply restorative.
His intention is simple. To offer a space where you can relax fully, reset, and reconnect through sound.
