Dream Machine experience

£355 per Session (This includes Double / 2 tickets)

Dream Machine sessions open with the Dreamlight: a 30-minute immersive light experience that begins before the gongs. Resting with your eyes closed, you receive gentle rhythmic light through your eyelids that draws you toward the soft, hypnagogic threshold between waking and sleep. Frequently, vivid geometric patterns and colours are experienced behind closed eyes generated internally, from within the visual cortex.

Alongside the Dreamlight, gentle drone textures, isochronic tones and subtle samples are woven through a fully immersive surround-sound environment. From here, the gongs are gradually introduced, and the sound carries you onward.

Please note: the Dreamlight uses flickering light and is not suitable for anyone affected by photosensitive epilepsy. If you’re unsure, do speak to Marc before booking.

The session lasts two hours in addition time to arrive and settle into the space and gently return afterwards. Comfortable futon beds, blankets, cushions and eye pillows are all provided so you can fully relax and enjoy the experience. Sessions can be enjoyed alone as a personal retreat or shared with up to four people.

Extended Sound Bath

£355 per session (This includes Double / 2 tickets)

Immerse yourself deeply in the restorative power of sound with an extended private gong bath session in our peaceful countryside studio. Designed as a calm and grounding space, the studio allows the rich resonance of the gongs to fill the room so you can fully unwind and settle into the experience.

The extended session of 2 hours allows more time for the sound journey to unfold at a slower pace. As the layered tones and vibrations build and soften, the body has longer to settle into deep rest, often bringing a greater sense of calm, clarity and restoration.

No previous experience is needed. Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the sound to guide you into a deeply restorative state. This private session lasts two hours and includes time to arrive, settle into the space and gently return afterwards. Futons, blankets, cushions and eye pillows are all provided so you can fully relax and enjoy the experience.

Sessions can be enjoyed as a personal retreat or shared with up to four people, making it a beautiful experience to enjoy with friends or loved ones. Private sessions are available upon request, please contact us to arrange.

As the sound unfolds, layered tones and vibrations move softly through the space, inviting the body to settle and the mind to quiet. Many people experience a deep sense of rest, clarity and calm during a gong bath.

No previous experience is needed. Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the sound to guide you into a deeply restorative state. Each private gong bath session lasts 90 minutes and includes time to arrive, settle into the space and gently return afterwards. Futons, blankets, cushions and eye pillows are all provided so you can fully relax and enjoy the experience.

Frequently asked questions

A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative sound healing session where the vibrations of the gongs are experienced as a form of meditation. You lie back, relax, and allow the layered tones to wash over you, helping the mind and body settle into a calm, reflective state. No previous experience is needed.
For our standard and extended gong bath sessions, no prior experience is necessary. The Dream Light experience, however, is designed for returning clients who have previously attended a gong bath with Marc.
Comfortable, loose clothing is ideal. Everything you need is provided in the studio, including comfortable futon beds, blankets, cushions, and eye pillows. You simply arrive ready to relax.
Additionally - I work with the “Dream Machine,” a French innovation based upon the early workings of the French artist, Brion Gysin who in 1959 discovered the altered state effects upon consciousness, which can be elicited using stroboscopic light.
