With the studio reserved exclusively for you and your guests, there is space to slow down, switch off and fully immerse yourself in the experience, surrounded by the peace of the countryside.
Choose from three experiences, each offering a different amount of time and depth. From a restorative 90-minute sound bath to our extended experience and the immersive Dream Machine experience, you can choose the space and pace that feels right for you.

As the rich tones and vibrations of the gongs build and soften around you, the extended experience allows the body and mind to move into a deeper state of rest, leaving you feeling calm, grounded and restored.

A two-hour private Dream Machine journey combining Dreamlight and gongs to create a deeply altered state of rest and relaxation. Beginning with gentle rhythmic light and layered ambient tones, the experience gradually draws you towards the space between waking and sleep before the gongs carry the journey onwards.
Public Sound Journey
Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of sound healing with a shared gong bath in our peaceful countryside studio with a maximum of 6 guests per session. As the sound unfolds, layered tones and vibrations move softly through the space, creating an immersive experience designed to help the body settle and the mind quiet. Many people experience a deep sense of rest, clarity and calm as they are carried by the sound.
No previous experience is needed. Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the sound to guide you into a deeply restorative state. Each public sound session lasts 90 minutes, with time to arrive, settle into the space and gently return afterwards. Sound beds, blankets, cushions and eye pillows are all provided, so you can fully relax and immerse yourself in the experience.

Frequently asked questions
A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative sound healing session where the vibrations of the gongs are experienced as a form of meditation. You lie back, relax, and allow the layered tones to wash over you, helping the mind and body settle into a calm, reflective state. No previous experience is needed.
For our standard and extended gong bath sessions, no prior experience is necessary. The Dream Light experience, however, is designed for returning clients who have previously attended a gong bath with Marc.
Comfortable, loose clothing is ideal. Everything you need is provided in the studio, including comfortable futon beds, blankets, cushions, and eye pillows. You simply arrive ready to relax.
Additionally - I work with the “Dream Machine,” a French innovation based upon the early workings of the French artist, Brion Gysin who in 1959 discovered the altered state effects upon consciousness, which can be elicited using stroboscopic light. Alongside our sound healing sessions, we offer small-group Introduction to Gongs and Flumie workshops for those looking to deepen their understanding of sound, vibration and gong playing. Designed for beginners and practitioners alike, our training provides practical, hands-on experience in a relaxed and supportive setting.
We are also proud to be the exclusive UK distributor of handcrafted Andromeda Gongs, offering a carefully curated collection of professional instruments. Alongside this, we design and build our own bespoke sound beds, combining the timeless resonance of the gong with contemporary technology to create a truly immersive sound experience for practitioners, wellness studios and luxury spas.
